Serving the Rice Military Area

Aesthetic Treatments Near Rice Military

Rice Military sits just southwest of us, and the drive is about as simple as it gets in this part of Houston. Shepherd runs straight from your neighborhood up to our door. I see patients from 77007 regularly, along with folks in Cottage Grove and Camp Logan who are basically the same hop up the road.

We are at 2401 N. Shepherd, on the corner of 24th and Shepherd, just south of I-610. From Rice Military it is a straight shot north up Shepherd across I-10 - usually 6 to 8 minutes, a little more if you catch the Washington Avenue lights. Free covered parking under the building, so you are not circling the block.

What Rice Military patients book most

Plenty of my Rice Military patients run. Memorial Park is right there, and it shows in who walks through the door - an active, fitness-minded crowd. One small clinical note that comes up with high-volume exercisers: a faster metabolism can sometimes break down neurotoxin a touch quicker, so your results may not last quite as long as a sedentary patient's. Not a problem, just something I keep in mind when we plan your maintenance cadence. We talk about it at your visit.

A few practical notes for the drive from 77007:

  • Shepherd north is the clean route. You stay on one road most of the way, cross I-10, and keep going to 24th.
  • A lunch-break neurotoxin visit is realistic from here. Jeuveau or Dysport fits inside an hour, drive and parking included.
  • You see me every time. I am the only injector, so your two-week follow-up is with the same person who treated you - which the short drive actually makes easy to keep.

Common questions from Rice Military patients

How long is the drive from Rice Military?
Usually 6 to 8 minutes. Take Shepherd straight north across I-10 and keep going to 24th. Traffic at the Washington Avenue lights can add a couple minutes, but it is one of the easier drives in the area.
I run at Memorial Park a lot. Does that affect neurotoxin?
It can, a little. High-volume exercisers sometimes metabolize neurotoxin a bit faster, so your Jeuveau or Dysport may not last quite as long as it would for someone less active. Everyone is different. I factor it into how we space your visits, and we adjust based on what you actually see.
Can I fit a visit into my lunch break?
Yes. A neurotoxin appointment fits comfortably in an hour including the round trip up Shepherd and parking under the building. Most patients are back at their desk without a long break.
Will I see the same person each time?
Yes. I am Jillian Caldwell, PA-C, and I am the only clinician here. Your treatments and your follow-ups are all with me, so there is continuity from one visit to the next.
Where do I park once I get to 24th and Shepherd?
Pull into the parking entrance on 24th Street and park under the building - it is free and covered. Take the elevator up to Suite 229. There is signage at the door.
