Founder and Manager
Jillian Caldwell, MS, PA-C
With an eye for natural aesthetics and a vision for building a practice focused on you - not trends - Jillian offers patients a clinical experience tailored to their needs. She performs every appointment personally. The clinician who plans your treatment is the same one who sees you back for follow-up.
Her clinical training spans plastic surgery, dermatology, and aesthetic medicine. She built MV around the kind of practice she wanted to receive treatment at herself: small, careful, no upselling, no surprises.

Medical Director
Danna Qunibi, MD
Dr. Qunibi is a board-certified physician with a clinical background spanning critical care, medical leadership, and aesthetic medicine. Her approach is what drew Jillian to bring her onto the team: precision in the medicine, restraint in the aesthetic, and a real belief that the best results are the ones nobody else can point to.
As MV's Medical Director, Dr. Qunibi works alongside Jillian on the clinical side of the practice - reviewing treatment protocols, weighing in on the more nuanced cases, and helping shape how we approach new services as the field evolves. She is the medical anchor of the practice, and her standards are reflected in every decision we make about what we offer and how we offer it.
